Some days, I'll call up the best friends and set up a photo shoot. Zoe lazerson, being the photographer/wizard that she is, was able to take 700 great shots of Haley and I. Which RARELY happens. I am very picky, and usually end up liking one photo, because the rest are messed up by my baby ears, or my legs, or my white skin. You know, typical girl insecurities.
So we set off, outside. Grabbed zoes cute little Rebel and a piece of cardboard, scribbled the world "explore" on it. And added a dream catcher for dramatic effect. The lighting was brilliant, hallelujah. We wandered up into the mountains looking for Mountain lions and good photo opportunities. I wore a blue dress from shabby apple, and OF COURSE, mentioned my insecurity of my vampire white legs. Zoe told me its okay. It looked vintage. Thanks zo?
That section of the photoshoot was quite lovely. We met some Mountain Lions, and they were friendly. Okay not really, but I had to make this story somewhat interesting.
I carried a cute little Pentax with no film, around my neck all day long. He became my little buddy, and Im sure you all think I am cool for having one. Nope. It belongs to Zoe the wizard. go figure.
So we traveled down the street, borrowed a groovy van, and channeled the late 60's-70's. The sunglasses added to the feeling, and so did the raspberry lipstick. Okay maybe that wasn't such a good Idea. You live and learn right?
We skipped back up to Zoe's and edited right away. Great day for three photographer amateurs I must say. The pictures turned out amazing, and Instagram is eating them up.
If you ever want to feel like a movie star on facebook or instagram, Zoe and I could help you out on that.
